Agreement
These terms are between you and Khanvas Ltd Owner of Midhana. By using the Midhana app you accept them. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and these terms supplement it.
Licence
A personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. Do not reverse engineer, resell, or use the service to send unsolicited audio to speakers you do not control.
Prayer times
Times are calculated with the published astronomical methods you choose in the app (Muslim World League, ISNA, Egyptian, Umm al-Qura, Moonsighting Committee, and others). They are an aid, not a religious ruling; local mosques and scholars take precedence. We are not liable for a missed or mistimed prayer.
Accounts
An account is optional. You are responsible for the email or Apple/Google identity you link. You may delete your account at any time in the app.
Midhana Premium
Premium unlocks playing the adhan through whole-home speakers (Midhana Speaker, Sonos, and other supported systems). It is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple or Google to your store account, in monthly or annual terms, with the price shown in the app before purchase.
Payment is charged at confirmation; it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; uninstalling the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
One subscription covers one household at one location; unlimited speakers in that home.
Hardware
The Midhana Speaker is sold separately and carries its own warranty terms. The app can control third-party speakers only within the capabilities their makers expose; we do not guarantee compatibility with any third-party product.
Mosque directory
Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish and edit them. We may decline or remove any submission.
Availability
Whole-home playback depends on our servers, your internet connection and your speakers. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
